1. All shuttle transportation bookings are final. Shuttle tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, rescheduled, or credited, except where required by applicable law.
2. BUMI Festival reserves the right to change shuttle departure times, pickup or drop-off locations, routes, vehicle assignments, boarding procedures, or other transportation logistics at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary for operational, safety, traffic, weather, venue access, staffing, or other event-related reasons. Such changes shall not entitle the purchaser to any refund, credit, or compensation.
3. Passengers are solely responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location on time and for following all boarding instructions communicated by BUMI Festival. Any missed departure, failure to check in on time, or failure to follow instructions will be treated as a no-show, and no refund, credit, replacement, or alternative transportation will be provided.
4. BUMI Festival reserves the right to deny boarding or remove any passenger whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, unlawful, intoxicated to the point of risk, or otherwise non-compliant with event or transportation rules. Shuttle transportation is provided as an optional service only and does not include festival admission unless expressly stated otherwise.
