BUMI Festival Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the BUMI Festival! By purchasing tickets and participating in our event, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final, and purchasers will not receive refunds after acquiring the tickets. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
2. Proof of Entry
Visitors are required to present proof of reservations along with personal identification upon arrival.
3. Conduct and Responsibility
Attendees bear responsibility for any personal damage to the property where the gathering is held. Conscious and mindful conduct toward the land, space, and sentient beings is emphasized. Additional charges may apply for damages caused by attendees.
4. Prohibited Items and Activities
Cooking, drugs, glassware, animals (except service animals), weapons, and/or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited at the gathering. Participants are permitted to purchase food only from authorized vendors within the festival premises.
5. Event Objective
The gathering serves as an exploration of different lineages, providing participants with opportunities for practice.
6. Medical Responsibility
Each individual is responsible for managing their existing food and/or other allergies and is advised to bring their own medications.
7. Insurance Coverage
BUMI Festival Insurance covers only the duration of the gathering and the property where it takes place. Participants are encouraged to have personal travel insurance.
8. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, including illness, artist withdrawal, pandemics, bad weather, or government orders, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event. Refunds will cover only the ticket admission fee, not service fees or travel expenses.
9. Camping Rules
Camping is allowed only in designated tents or accommodation provided by the organizer. Camping in cars or non-designated areas is not permitted.
10. Liability Waiver
Participants certify their physical fitness for the activity and event. They waive and release liability for personal injury, property damage, or other claims resulting from their participation.
11. Alcohol and Drug Responsibility
BUMI Gathering permits the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages only from authorized vendors within the festival premises. Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Any individual found consuming, distributing, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs on the premises will be removed from the event immediately, without reimbursement or recourse. Additionally, BUMI Gathering and its affiliates are not liable for damages caused by the consumption of alcohol or drugs. Participants consuming or providing these substances are solely responsible for any resulting damage.
12. Parking Responsibility
Responsibility for parked vehicles and their contents lies with the vehicle owner. Parking at BUMI Festival is available exclusively for vehicles with a pre-purchased parking pass. Please ensure you secure your pass in advance to guarantee your spot.
13. Risk Acknowledgment
Participants acknowledge the risks associated with the event, including terrain, weather, and actions of others. They consent to receive medical treatment in case of emergencies.
14. Media Consent
Participants may be photographed or recorded during the event and consent to the use of their likeness for legitimate promotional purposes.
15. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to replace or remove artists, teachers, or sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
16. Compliance and Rules
Participants agree to follow campsite and event rules as communicated by the organizers. Failure to comply may result in the removal from the event.
